Mission Statement

Our mission is to help respiratory therapists, radiologic technologists and nurses transition from hospital clinician to classroom educator and beyond. To provide qualified respiratory therapists, radiologic technologists and nurses with the essential knowledge and skills that will guarantee success in the academic setting. We believe that an experienced respiratory therapist, radiologic technologist or nurse can become a top educator by being innovative and creative in the classroom. We want each new teacher to also become a leader in health care education. We believe that quality educators not only impact the future of their graduating students but also the lives of thousands of patients that they will serve. The Kettering Institute for Teacher Training is here to provide those quality educators.
